Unfortunately, at present, we can only offer delivery to the UK mainland via our website. If you require delivery elsewhere please contact us for a quotation for delivery charges before placing your order.
All Bikes and Large parcels are sent via Interlink, Citylink, DHL
Smaller parcels are sent via Royal Mail/Citylink
Orders for Next Day must be placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday
Next Working Day orders placed before 1 pm on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday
Order Processing Times:
Orders are normally despatched within 24 hours. You will be notified by e-mail or telephone of any Stock shortages and given an estimated time of delivery.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and also accept PayPal.
On-Line / In-Store Price:
Please note: The price of our products that you see on our website may sometimes be slightly cheaper than our in-store price. This is mainly due to on-line special offers that we have running from time to time.
After you submit your order to us, we will immediately email you back with confirmation that we have received your order. Please check your inbox for this email immediately after placing your order, and that the order details are correct. Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
Remember: please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received our email in your inbox after a period of time. If you encounter further problems then email us using the contacts page.
Your payment will be processed at the time of placing your order:
We will then process your order and send you an email confirming that your parcel has been dispatched along with a delivery tracking reference if applicable.
We will despatch the goods to your specified UK address. Your order will generally be delivered between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm – Monday to Friday. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. Please make sure that someone will be in between these times on the delivery day to accept and sign for the parcel. If there is nobody in when the courier calls, then they will normally leave a card. You can then contact them to arrange delivery for another day or collect the delivery from your local depot.
Important: If you receive a note from a courier please contact them within five (5) days, otherwise the goods may be returned to us. If you then want the goods re-sent there will be a fee, please see our terms and conditions for full details.
Please Note: Due to rough handling by all carriers, no matter who they are, damage to goods in transit can occur. We urge our customers to check the parcel before signing for it. When you sign for a parcel you are signing that it is in ‘Good Condition’. This is extremely important if we are to have any chance of claiming for damage to goods in transit. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage if the goods have been signed for and accepted in ‘Good Condition’. If on checking the parcel you find the goods to be damaged please refuse delivery and inform us of the problem straight away.
Collect in Store
If you choose to collect in-store, please email us your order via the contacts page. Payment will be taken when you collect in-store. When your order is ready for collection we will contact you again via email to tell you, so that you can arrange a convenient time to come in and collect your purchases. When you come in you must bring with you the order acknowledgment email that we send you and then pay in full for the goods. Please do not send us any payment details via the contacts page.
What we do with your bicycle
All our cycles are removed from the original packaging. They are then fully serviced in our workshop and any extras you have purchased for your cycle will be fitted at this point. The bicycle is then re-boxed and sent to you. When the bike arrives, you will need to re-fit the front wheel, fit the pedals and tighten the handlebars, we will supply you with an Allen key tool and pedal spanner free of charge for this purpose.
